What does a recovering hypochondriac

with a touch of OCD and a pinch of narcissism decide to do in their free time? Obviously, create a health blog and podcast.

After a lifelong battle with my gut, I decided, as a last-ditch effort, to seek out a naturopath.  A career I once considered kooky and fraudulent, discovered the root cause of my health issues and drastically improved my quality of life. 

However, this is not your typical ‘wellness’ blog where I’ll discuss fad diets and push chemical- packed supplements that only temporarily fix the symptoms.  I’m going to speak with amateurs, like myself, who have cured their own life-threatening ailments by advocating for themselves, listening to their gut (quite literally), and finding the root cause of their health issues to drastically improve their lifestyle.
